Returning for replacement and refund
Aidaila will properly QC and handle the packages transferred to shipping carriers to avoid possible squeezing and crash, however, damages still occasionally accurred during the shipment. So we strongly suggest clients carefully check the parcels’ contents before the signing of receipt. If you do notice potential damages after the receipt, please follow the following guideline for return or replacement,
- 1) Please send us photo proofs of the damaged items via email within 3 business days after the parcel receipt.
- 2) Notify us the order number and transactions number and the quantity of the damaged items.
- 3) All the return requests must be submitted for consideration within 7 business days after the delivery or no return will be accepted. Only return the items back to the supplied return address after our corresponding department’s approval.
We will arrange the replacement of the damaged items on your next order or send a refund to your account for future purchase, please always feel free to contact us for better solutions so that we can always strive to help you out and maintain the world class customer service.
Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)
Order cancellation must be made within 10 hours of purchase or 30% handling and restocking fee will be charged for the refund.
Return Due to Custom Clearance Issue
Orders return caused by buyers country’s Custom issues, buyers will take all the responsibilities for the turnaround shipping cost (for some shipping carriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, the return shipping cost will be 10 times of the original shipping cost because they render discounts to original shipping but return cannot obtain any discounts) and restocking cost. So we strongly suggest clients to consult local Custom about specific Custom policies for import before placing orders.
